Change In These Banks Puts Fuel In Our Tanks!

Where do you put your spare change when you come home each day...in a jar...in your dresser drawer...in the cupholder in your car?  It's amazing how many coins you'll find in these places and more.

It's also amazing how much fuel costs have risen in the last year and there seems to be no end in sight.  Fuel is one of the biggest expenses we have here at Nashville Inner City Ministry (projected at $85,000 in 2008), but it's also the very foundation of our programs.  Without fuel, there would be no learning centers, summer programs and assistance to our inner city communities.

We have recently mailed out cardboard "bus banks" to all of our supporters.  By simply using these containers to hold all the spare change that usually ends up in locations from home to car to office, a person can make a big difference in reducing our fuel costs and continuing to serve the families in our inner city communities.

If you would like to receive a bus bank, click HERE, fill out the simple form and a bank (or banks) will be mailed to you.  When you've filled up your bus, simply call the number on the bottom of the bus and someone will arrange to pick it up.

Thanks in advance for helping us in this very easy, effective & unique way!
